Website Strategy
A Website Is Infrastructure, Not a Brochure
A website earns its investment when it moves a qualified visitor toward a decision and records what happened. Everything else is presentation.

Start with the decision the visitor is making
Executive buyers arrive with a short list of questions: what is this, who is it for, how does it work, and what happens next. A site that answers those quickly outperforms one that impresses slowly.
The infrastructure layer
Behind the interface, a website is a set of systems. When one is missing, the others under-perform.
- Conversion paths matched to visitor intent
- Form capture with validation and consent language
- CRM routing so enquiries reach an owner
- Analytics and event tracking on meaningful actions
- Performance and accessibility as ongoing requirements
Then improve continuously
Treat the site as a system under review rather than a project that ended at launch. Small, evidenced changes to messaging, structure, and friction generally outperform periodic redesigns.
